Wednesday, November 14th -- Visualizing Your Future Self : Moving Toward Manifestation

If you could visualize your ideal life, what would it look like? Visualization can help you release negative self-images, and boost your ability to create and achieve goals. It can help you to push the boundaries, and think you’re your preconceived notions of what is “possible.” This workshop will show you how to use visualization to envision your ideal situation and use that imagery as motivation for manifesting your own unique vision of the future.

We will talk about clearing the path for effective manifestation, engage in movement designed to energize the body and mind, then take a guided visualization journey to your future. You will then journal about your visions for the coming year. From these insights, you will then create a vision board representing your intentions, which will help keep you on track toward your goals.

Participants will be “smudged” with crystals when they enter the space. For the journey, we will start with some simple movements and pranayama, then sit on the floor for the visualization, so please wear comfortable clothes. You are encouraged to drink plenty of water before and after the visualization, so bring your favorite water bottle. Vision board supplies and journal will be provided.

Mary Kearns’ purpose in life to help people discover and nourish their Inner Light, and to teach them how to heal themselves. She holds a PhD in developmental psychology from Fordham University, with a focus on Behavioral Health. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Life Coach, Usui Reiki Master, and has studied herbalism, shamanism, past life regression, and mandalas for healing. Mary has been offering wellness workshops and talks on various mind-body-spirit topics since 2003.
