In this season especially, our boundaries are tested, our sensitivities are piqued, and our gifts can shine like treasure.
We are sensing beings. As sensitive creatures, we experience challenges, stressors, burdens, and sometimes persistent discomforts in our world that weigh on us and build up over time. And we are earth medicine. This gathering offers embodied understanding and practice that informs a deep, conscious awareness of the integration of body, mind, emotion, and spirit to navigate this world with a deeper sense of ease and vitality.
Many of our most essential allies can be found within. Our embodied experience offers clear and direct examples of how to navigate the challenges in our lives with greater perspective and resource, like calling upon the grounded connection of the perineum or the joy and grief work carried by the lungs.
Join us to widen your scope and gather new resources for handling such heaviness, the day-to-day, large and small, allowing you to keep your integrity and boundaries even in difficult experiences and live into your authentic brilliance. This is an extraordinary opportunity for people who experience sensitivity to the world around us, who work with depression or anxiety, who work with other people through healing arts, teaching, social work, and other connections, and for anyone seeking greater understanding of and relationship with your own wholeness.
