After Sah D’Simone left the fashion industry as the Co-founder and Creative Director of Bullett Magazine. He immersed himself into the art of health and happiness, living in India, Nepal, Thailand, Indonesia and Europe, Studying with masters such as His Holiness Dalai Lama,  Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Amma Mata Amritanandamayi, Adyashanti, Pema Chodron, John of God, Joshua Rosenthal, Deepak Chopra, David Wolfe, Mark Bittman, and Arianna Huffington. Sah has compiled enough tools for anyone to create authentic change in their life. His approach to health and happiness involves a physiological, psychological and spiritual understanding. He specializes in helping people move forward through obstacles and change into living evolved, elevated and expanded lives. Sah is a Certified Holistic Health & Happiness Coach, Raw Vegan Chef, Ashtanga Yoga & Meditation Teacher, and Humanitarian. Currently training MBSR( Mindfulness Based Stressed Reduction) with Elana Rosenbaum, MS, LICSW and Dr. Robert Smith, D.O and Hypnotherapy with Grace Smith.


 

Moun D’Simone is a yoga & meditation teacher known for her inspiring self-expression and contagious sparkle, her style of teaching incorporates both the scientific and mystical aspects of the practice. After leaving her life as an international model (you might remember her from the TV show Make Me A Supermodel), and Photo Director (Bullett Magazine), she wanted answers to questions that had been in the back of her mind for years, questions bigger and deeper than her “perfectly looking” life could explain. She set off to India on a one way ticket, on a quest for subliminal truth. After 3 years of immersive studies in Tibetan Buddhism, Yoga and Meditation; between India, Thailand, Indonesia and back to the US, Moun continues to strive for self actualization and service. Moun is a Certified Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga Teacher, and is currently training Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with Elana Rosenbaum, MS, LICSW and Dr. Robert Smith, D.O, Moun is also the co-founder of Wild Woman, an immersive workshop that explores all aspects of the feminine experience, through the discipline of worship; the workshop is part of its online platform created to unite and ignite the audience, to come back to the core of who we are.  Moun is thankful to her teachers His Holiness The Dalai Lama, Venerable Sarah Thresher, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Amma Mata Amritanandamayi, Swami Sudhir Anand, Jayaprada Radhika, Guru Jagat, Gurmukh, Adyashanti, Pema Chodron, David Deida and John of God.
