Fertility Awareness

With Hannah Haehn

Women, come learn about your body’s cycles in this hour and a half long workshop where we will focus on identifying the signs the body gives us about its fertility. This information will assist you if you are trying to avoid pregnancy without the use of use of hormones or other invasive devices and is a powerful tool to use if you are trying to conceive.  By learning the signs your body shares with you about when it is fertile and preparing to ovulate, you will be equipped with the powerful self knowledge to promote or discourage pregnancy. You will also learn the cycles of your hormones and their cyclical shifts and changes which affect libido, mood and our physical and emotional bodies.

This course includes handouts, charts for tracking your fertility and a basal body thermometer to assist you in charting your body’s cycles.
