7-9:30pm
A night of all things natural, healing, and beautiful.

with Jessa Blades

In this comprehensive evening course herbalist and natural beauty expert Jessa Blades will discuss healing traditions to boost the body's natural resilience from the inside and out. The class will begin with an overview about natural and organic beauty and products, why they are important, how they heal our skin and bodies and how to identify the right ones for you.

Next we will learn how diet can be used used for both physical and emotional health, how to choose herbs for teas and tonics, and how to work with the body's own systems to restore balance.
Participants will be introduced to the basics of plant medicine and teas, discuss and sample traditional healing foods, and learn about resources for herbs, essential oils and other powerful raw ingredients. People will take home a custom tea blend and healing products made in the class, as well as a greater understanding of how to change their everyday self care rituals, empowering them to take their health and healing into their own hands.
