Appreciating what IS in our life is a short cut to wholeness. In this Breathwork group we will tap into the peace and abundance that aiming our minds towards Gratitude bring us. This group is especially good for people who have felt overwhelmed, anxious, unsettled or sad. Are you dwelling in the past? By framing both the lessons and blessings with gratitude, we begin to enter a more steady feeling of connection. The active breathing pattern will awaken your energy body, reminding you of who you are deep inside. Many people experience cathartic emotional releases and heightened intuition. 

We will begin with a guided grounding meditation and then group check-in. Then Luke will show you how to do the breath pattern and you will lay down for the breathwork journey. Luke will hold space for you to go deep inside, as you awaken your spirit with your breath. Luke will guide your inner journey with positive affirmations, aromatherapy essential oils and a heart opening soundtrack. You will end with a period of relaxation and leave feeling alive, clear and more open. Happy Thanksgiving!
