Friday, June 21st -- Cosmic Reboot Breathwork - Solstice Edition

with Luke Simon

"Even after all this time the sun never says to the earth, 'You owe me.' Look what happens with a love like that. It lights the whole sky."

Come Breathe to bring the powerful Summer Solstice energy into your life.

The blessing of this longest day fills us up with Solar power. It boosts our vitality and makes us grateful for the abundance all around us. The Sun is generous - giving to all things equally. What are you giving to the world? What is coming to fruition and fullness in your life that you are ready to share?

You're invited to bring something to SHARE -- a song, a smile, a poem you've written. maybe a snack for after we finish. This is not required, but it's a fun way to practice giving and sharing. Giving makes us realize how much we have to share with others, and how fulfilling that is. The solstice is a time of abundance, when we all share it becomes more abundant.

With the Solstice energy honored, we will lay down to do the breath work breathing meditation. This energy healing work opens us up to receive the Love from the Universe which rejuvenates. Aromatherapy essential oil blends, a groovy soundtrack and Luke's intuitive affirmations will guide your journey. It can be cathartic, blissful, psychedelic or relaxing. We will end with a deep relaxation. We may even have a little fun along the way! You will leave feeling centered and magnetized to receive the blessings of summer.
