Francesca Van Horne
Francesca Van Horne is a Reiki 2 and energy transmission healer and practitioner with seventeen years of background in the healing arts including being trained and certified as a yoga instructor through Laughing Lotus Yoga Studio and Karma Kids along with several workshops and intensives over the years. Francesca taught yoga in the public and private schools in NYC and outer boroughs along with private clients. Born and raised between St. Louis, Mo. and Buenos Aires, Argentina training extensively as a dancer, ballet, jazz, hip hop, flamenco, a bit of tango because, Como no? She naturally incorporates music into the sessions being guided by the individuals needs. While Van Horne has created mostly in the theater, television, and film world her love of meditation, philosophy, and all things spiritual has been supported by this transformational work. Also raising three babies, now 22, 18, and 15 whom all benefitted from her love of whispering at the moon and palo Santo. Francesca creates a sacred space and much like her stage work it is most beneficial when she acts as a channel rather than a guru. She’s also a double scorpio/gemini moon in case you’re into astrology as much as she is. Loves speaking in third person (clearly) and her sessions have been recently labeled as “the antidote to burnout”.
