Saturday, February 16th -- DIY Radical Love Potion

With Lindsay Fauntleroy

6:30pm-9pm

It’s the season of love! This time of centering ourselves in relationship to us, our purpose, passions, and people can bring out some of our greatest teachings. As we navigate vulnerability, communication, boundaries, self and sexual expression, heartbreak and healing, we can call upon the guidance of our flower and plant allies to guide the way. Where there is love, there is life.

Flower essences are a form of vibrational medicine that use the living forces of nature to align our life energy toward healthy growth and development. Flower essences work by the principle of sympathetic resonance. This is the same science that causes the opera singer to shatter glass, or the strings on two guitars to vibrate in unison. By acknowledging that our thoughts and emotions carry a vibrational frequency, we use the flower essences as a tuning fork.

Join us to learn how to access, heal, and love your vision for heart-centered work and relationships. In our time together, you will learn which flower essences can support your journey - and make a special flower essence for you.

Please bring a journal and an image/object/expression that represents the areas of love you wish to explore. Since we will be making medicine together, please wear white or light colored clothing.

This 2.5 hour workshop includes:

* Introduction to working with flower essences
* Identifying flower essences that support unlocking our heart center and radical love with ourselves and others.
* Group medicine making and ritual
* Affirmations and visualizations to heal your vision for radical love
* A special essence blend for you to take home and work with throughout the year.
