The mind and the spiritual heart are indistinguishably one, but unless you train the mind to support the needs of the spiritual heart, it can overshadow your awakened nature, and your life becomes a quest for an insatiable pleasure instead of happiness.

Why purify? In order to reconnect with our spiritual heart -- the part of us that is already awake, guiding us towards our purpose -- we must purify ourselves from old habits to create a sustainable, happy life.

We must train our most powerful tool -- the mind -- to support the intention of our spiritual heart. The purification of the mind is the foundation for the spiritual path. Our minds are intricate networks made of belief systems that have been passed down to us from previous generations. Our minds are karmic gardens of possibilities and you must nurture seeds of potentiality that lead you to your purpose and into the intuitive heart.

We will learn the physiological component of happiness and how to deepen the connection between the brain, the heart, and the gut. When these three main centers in the body are in alignment, we can start to release psychological rigidities, and open up to the spaciousness of the spiritual heart.

Sah D’Simone is a meditation teacher, author, transformational speaker and coach. Born in Brazil, Sah came to the U.S. at the age of 16, working for over a decade in the fashion industry, becoming the co-founder and creative director of Bullett Magazine. Despite his immense success, the high stakes culture of the fashion industry led Sah down a path of addiction and depression, eventually opening the doorway to a different way of life. In 2012, he walked away from his career in fashion and began an intensive search for health and well-being, traveling to Nepal, India, Thailand, Indonesia and Europe to study with some of the most prolific masters of our time. After immersing himself in practice for several years, Sah returned to the states, dedicating his life to helping others to live in alignment and achieve their highest potential. Sah has masterfully synthesized the ancient techniques of meditation, contemplative psychotherapy, breath work, and plant based nutrition for a modern and accessible approach to well-being. His infectious enthusiasm for healing and self-love has built a devoted fan base, with a client list that includes Google, MoMa, American Express, the United Nations, New Balance, Bloomingdales, and Havas. Sah also shares his mission with underserved communities, advocating for mental health and well-being in the LGBTIQ and POC communities.


Moun D’Simone
is a transformational coach, meditation and yoga teacher. Born in Brazil, Moun moved to the U.S. at 15 years old, and after a decade of working as a model then photo editor at an international fashion magazine, she left NYC, on a one way ticket to India. She spent several years studying Yoga, meditation and Tibetan Buddhism in India, Thailand, Indonesia and Nepal, with some of the masters of our time. She became certified in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, MBSR Trainee, she also studied Contemplative Psychotherapy at Nalanda Institute in NYC. Her early life struggles with anxiety, self loathing and eating disorders have propelled her to explore the connection between mind, body and heart towards self healing and transformation. Leading her to create a unique trauma-informed method, combining modern science and ancient wisdom, based in meditation, yoga, breathwork and contemplative psychotherapy. Moun is passionate about supporting others restore their relationship with their bodies as a doorway into their hearts, and building a meaningful life. She is known for her contagious self expression, that compels you to want to be around her.
Moun is honored to also share her mission by working with kids at an orphanage in Nepal, and teaching retreats internationally. Some of her clients include Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, NeueHouse, Maha Rose, Havas, RAMA Institute, Three Jewels, Sakara Life, and Wanderlust Hollywood.
