Breathwork for Being Seen
and Returning to Self

with Moun D'Simone
Friday, May 30th
7-9pm

Being seen is one of our deepest desires—and scariest thresholds.

Are you ready to meet yourself (and your power) in the places you’ve hidden,
protected, or performed?

To take full ownership of your presence and capacity?

Through somatic guidance, breath, and ritual, we’ll soften the inner noise and fears that keep us gripping—and open to the truth of being a living blessing. Not perfect, but real. Fully yourself. This is for anyone tired of playing small and ready to feel the powerful beauty they already are.

Breathwork, vocal release, visualization, and connection become essential doorways to clear the old and attune to the deep well of your inner knowing and creative possibility.

Expect:

  • Active and grounding breathing techniques

  • Vocal release

  • Journaling prompts for integration

  • Sharing and connection

    Come as you are.
